On Monday we started completely breaking down round 1 and making some necessary changes in hopes of bringing that score up! We also hosted our 5/6th grade team and Kenowa Hills 5/6 grade team for a mini showcase! We felt so bad that their performances were cancelled when the competition at Lowell was cancelled. We loved supporting both teams and seeing their hard work shine on the mat! Varsity also did a mini performance and showed off their round 3. Tuesday coaching staff went to the high school to meet some potential new Red Hawks at Red Hawk Rising! The rest of the week was spent repping all 3 rounds in preparation for the NorthStar Invitational. We made BIG changes in round 1, and it proved to be beneficial! We didn’t have a perfect day on Saturday, but we put out strong rounds! We can’t wait to get into the gym on Monday to prep for RCA #2 at Allendale and Divine Child Invitational on Saturday!
