The girls XC team travelled to Lowell on Wednesday for the 2nd conference jamboree. On a challenging course, they continued to battle closely with Coopersville and Lowell for the top conference spots. They finished 3rd, which means the team is tied with Lowell for 2nd place going into the conference championship this coming Saturday at Allendale. At the conference championship, team placing is worth double points. The girls will spend the week training and preparing for Saturday morning, as well as the two meets coming up next week.
