Last week the Cedar Springs Boys Tennis team played their first matches of the season. Cedar hosted Northview High, and were out matched 7-1. However, senior Evan Mattson won for Cedar at 1 singles. Cedar also traveled to Wayland, and were defeated 7-1. Evan Mattson won again with the visit to Wayland. The tennis team is looking forward to upcoming matches this week with Wyoming and Grant. Both matches will be away with Wyoming on Tuesday and Grant on Wednesday.
